MobileCollect Digital Remote Transmitter The MobileCollect Digital Remote Transmitter is used to send measurement data to a MobileCollect Base. Remotes are powered by an external power source (i.e., AC adapter) and are typically used to transfer measurement data from digital gages and RS-232 devices such as height gages, scales, etc. Remotes are used when you do not need the mobility of the Mobile Module transmitters. The cables needed for the Remote transmitters are the same cables used to connect to our gage interface boxes. Includes setup program on CD, 6' USB cable, and USB AC adapter for North America. Key Features... The 10-pin input connector functions the same as the input connector on the GageWay interfaces. Automatically detects the type of digital gage you have connected. Connect external read switch (hand switch, foot switch, etc.) to the Digital Remote so that you can send a read request to the connected gage. Field upgradeable firmware. Range is 133 feet. Powered by an external AC adapter.
